Stabilizers Dialog

When using multiple stabilizers and creating your own blend you want to keep track of the ratio between them. This dialog box lists all ingredients with any stabilizers in them and lets you modify both the weights and the ratio between them.

Ingredient

Name of the ingredient

Total weight

Total weight of the ingredient

Stabilizer weight

The weight of the stabilizers in that ingredient. For example if you have a commercial blend it might contain both emulsifiers and stabilizers etc…so this column shows the actual stabilizer weight.

Ratio

Ratio between the ingredients

Total weight

Total weight of the stabilizers.

Weight/Water

The percentage of stabilizers to the total water in the recipe. A good starting point is 0.25%.
